We re-developed this commercial space into seven self-contained studio flats. With a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station, and parking onsite, the flats are fully furnished and let to professionals, who can conveniently use the supermarkets located both next door and 10 minutes away.
CITY APARTMENTS RENOVATION
CHESTER
This mid terrace property consisted of 4 dated and tired apartments that hadn't been maintained for 20 years.
Situated 0.2 miles from the the centre of Chester, we fully renovated each apartment to a high specification, designed for professionals working in the City of Chester. Each apartment is fully furnished to suit the modern rental demand for furnished property.
AUCTION REDEVELOPMENT
ELLESMERE PORT
This mid terrace property was derelict when we purchased it at auction.
We re-developed it into a 6 bed house share built to HMO regulation. It is currently let to a Care Provider caring for individuals struggling with mental health who have left the NHS but still require 24hr care.
This free's up beds in the NHS and reduces the overall cost of care for these individuals.
